Return Eligibility

Refunds

Exchanges

Shipping Costs for Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as custom-built or made-to-order mist cooling setups, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged. Any such exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the relevant product page.
