How Your Order is Processed
- Order Placed — You place your order on our website. You will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp.
- Order Processed (Within 24 Hours) — Our team verifies and packs your order within 24 hours on working days.
- Dispatched via TCS or Leopards Courier — Your parcel is handed over to the courier. You will receive a tracking number on WhatsApp.
- Delivery (5 to 7 Working Days) — Your order arrives at your doorstep. Pay via Cash on Delivery.
Track Your Order
You can track your order directly on our website using your order number and billing email. No need to visit the courier office or open a separate app. Your tracking number will be sent to you on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Payment Method
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay in cash when your order arrives at your door — no advance payment required. COD is available across all provinces of Pakistan.
Damaged or Lost Item Policy
Returns are only accepted when the product arrives in damaged condition or the order is lost in transit.
- Report Within 6 Hours — If your item is damaged or lost, report it within 6 hours of receiving the delivery. Reports after this time will not be accepted.
- Send Photo Proof on WhatsApp — Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging and send them to us on WhatsApp immediately.
- Refund Processed — Once we verify the damage or loss, a full refund will be issued. We will confirm via WhatsApp.
Items that are not damaged are not eligible for return.
