  1. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
  • Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier (TCS or Leopards), it cannot be cancelled.
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with your order details.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified promptly.
  1. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We only accept returns and issue refunds in the following cases:

  • The product arrives in damaged condition.
  • The order is lost in transit and not delivered.

Conditions for refund:

  • You must report the issue within 6 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • Clear photo or video proof of the damaged item and packaging must be sent to us on WhatsApp.
  • Once we verify the damage or loss, a full refund will be processed.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that are not damaged or defective.
  • Items returned without prior approval from us.
